1. Drink Water
Drinking water has many benefits. It can improve brain power, flushes out toxins and can even give you glowing skin! What’s not to love? Ditch the fizzy drinks and stay hydrated throughout the day. Purchase a water bottle so you can carry it around with you at all times.
2. Stand up
Prolonged periods of sitting can be damaging to your health. Even if you exercise every day, sitting in long stints can cause issues. You can learn more about it here. The good news is, it’s an easy fix. Make an effort to get up and move every twenty minutes. Set a reminder on your phone or computer and get up and have a stretch. It’s an easy way to feel better throughout the day.
3. Communicate
Many of us suffer from email overload. If you need to share something with a colleague, why not say it rather than send it. Where possible, stand up and go have a chat with your colleague rather than email. Communication connects us!
